Payment

We currently accept checks and money orders. Items will not be shipped until check/money order has cleared.

Shipping

All shipping within the United States is free! Items are shipped through USPS priority service. 

Shipping outside of the United States

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Please check back soon for international shipping options.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your candles, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a refund or exchange. Candles that have been burned cannot be returned. Shipping is non-refundable.

Please remember, since candles are handmade, the candle you receive will be slightly different than the one shown on the website.

Damage

In the unlikely event that your candle is damaged during shipment, please keep your candle with its packaging and contact us immediately. We will replace your damaged candle at no cost as quickly as possible. If repeated abuse of the damage replacement policy is suspected, we reserve the right to refund your payment and cancel your order.
